The Company headquartered in Jakarta and having representative office in Samarinda East Kalimantan. PT Ricobana Abadi supported by 3 sites, namely Site Pondok Labu Tenggarong, Site Siluq Ngurai Melak, and Site Lati Berau.

To support its progressive growth and maximize the organizational capability; PT Ricobana Abadiare now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

SITE OPERATION HEAD (CODE - RBA 001)

Requirements

• Male max. 45 years old .
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Familiar with Project Planning and Project Management
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in open pit coal mining area
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in Mining Operation & Support and HSE Management system
• Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal and Leadership skills
• Preferably held a "POM" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

SHE SUPERINTENDENT (CODE - RBA 002)

Requirements

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Preferably held a "POP"& “OSHAS” competency certificate.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (CODE - RBA 003)

Requirements

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. Senior high school or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Capable on Fleet Management & having good knowledge of operational Heavy equipment.
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (CODE - RBA 004)

Requirements

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Based in East Kalimantan.

BLASTING ENGINEER (CODE - RBA 005)

Requirements

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Having KIM (Kartu Ijin Meledakkan) License & "POP" competency certificate is a must
• Familiar with mining software SURPAC
• Based in East Kalimantan.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CODE - RBA 006)

Requirements

• Female/Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree all major
• 3 years experiences at Organizational Development (HROD Division) in mining companies.
• Capable to identify business processes, measure and optimize performance management aligns with organizational goals
• Excellent presentation and communication skill
• Proficient in using MS Office , MS Visio, and MS Excel
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Based in Head Office Jakarta

SENIOR INSTRUCTOR MECHANIC (CODE - RBA 007)

Requirements

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Based in East Kalimantan.

SENIOR INSTRUCTOR OPERATOR (CODE - RBA 008)

Requirements:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Based in East Kalimantan.

MECHANIC (CODE - RBA 009)

Requirements:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences as Mechanic in mining companies.
• Having Basic Mechanic Course Certificate is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan.

OPERATOR – EXCAVATOR, HD, DOZER, GRADER (CODE - RBA 010)

Requirements

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 1 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Operator at Mining Company
• Having Driver License Type BII is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan.
