Recruitment Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Psychology
• GPA above 3.0 (on a scale of 4)
• Having minminum 2 years experience as Recruitment Officer or as Recruitment Consultant
• Preferably candidate with more than 1 year experience in coal mining industry and or Recruitment Consulting industry
• Good understanding with HR matters is an advantage
• Having good knowledge about psychological test, interpretation, interview techniques, and scoring
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Fluent in English and computer literacy.
• Computer literate and Fluent in English (Oral & written)

Drafter GIS

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geography
• Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience as Drafter GIS
• Able to communicate in English
• Operate Mapinfo software efficiently
• Operate Autocad software for basic drawing
• Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point presentation) and Adobe Photoshop
• Hands on experience on GIS packages

Kepala Gudang Handak

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 1 Year Experiences as Kepala Gudang Handak at mining industry
• Having KJL II (Juru Ledak Kelas 2) certificate
• Willing to work at mine site
