Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, financial arrangement, preparation for meeting and arrange schedule.
- Managing routine - Daily jobs such as typing, making call, guests , filing, and correspondent
- Organize and prepare all of the administration task needed by the Director
- Arrange business trip for President Director
- Prepare meeting, speech, and presentation
- Coordinating with other departments (external or internal)
- Provide personal administrative support to President Director through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, Secretarial background is preferable.
- Required skill(s): MS Office Operation
- Preferred skill(s): Communication & interpersonal skill, Planing & Managing skill.
- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, planning and organizing, time management, interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation
