Responsibilities:
- Collate, gather, and provide data and information for medium and short-term expansion project to related parties in order to identify and analyze any anomalies, variance and non compliances in any engineering support and take corrective action and inform related parties to ensure all correction activities will resolve the task/problem occurred and to ensure management received all information needed.
- Collate, gather, provide, and update -on a monthly basis- an accurate and comprehensive data or information for current status of projects and comparison to existing plans to support development activities and as the recommendation for superior's further decision.
- Perform and conduct frequent field inspections, being proactive in the identification of risks and opportunities on planning and sequencing or affecting their cost or quality.
- Analyze and provide a report to supervisor to update the Key Performance Indicators for planning purposes on each project in order to optimize the efficiency of manpower and Company's resources.
- Liaise, coordinate, and communicate with other relevant sections to correctly incorporate all activities with the budgets, design, and timeline.
- Provide constructive feedback and advice to Operations on safety, health and industrial hygiene performance, looking after continuous improvements in quality of design and operations and to meet with National and PTFI standard.
- Participate and be proactive in training development in order to enhance skills and performance.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment or operations.
- A working knowledge of Underground Operations activities, capabilities and structure.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Scheduling Software Packages
