- Essential Functions
- Ensure personal compliance with the applicable IPL and DN Standard, objectives and acts, regulations and standards as applicable to assigned dnx operations
- Ensure that the Handil Operation is operated in compliance with DNI Standards for Initiation System Facilities
- Ensure that all personnel are trained , competent and capable to perform required tasks. this includes maintaining 100% compliance with the Operator Training System
- Ensure that all changes(Including people, process and equipment)related to the Handil Processes are managed according to the Change Management Process
- In Conjuction with the Handil Maintenance Team ensure that asset utilisation and availability is optimised to achieve required operational outcomes
- Lead where required formal incident investigations of high potential accidents and incidents and ensure close out of actions identified through investigations
- Ensure that all risks identified through risk assessments are closed off and actions tracked and verified for the Handil Operations
- Identify recommend and deliver on improvement opportunities; in doing so implementing Process Excellence methodologies
- Assist the Project Manager with the Project Plan for execution of the handil Project including commissioing of the operation and establishment of core system.
- Providing technical support for the safe operation and production of quality products from the Handil Facility
- Management of the Quality Assurance Program for the Handil Operation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Mining/ Mechnical Enginering
- Betwen 26 to 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing
- Mechanical and assembly industry knowledge/ experience (preferred but not essential)
- Advanced people management skills including leadership leadership, performance management and coaching
- Basic level of financial literacy
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining and monitoring HSEQ management system activities at an operational level
- Sound knowledge of the processes for explosives order, import, transport,storage and usage
- Computer literacy
- Risk Assessments processes
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High level of fluency in written and spoken English

Operation Supervisor

- Work closely with engineering to coordinate design , construction and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure all operational personnel are trained and skilled to perform assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in the management of site assets to achieve optimal utilisation.
- Manage maintenance system for all company assets to minimum company standards.
- Identify, recommend and implement initiatives to reduce overall cost of doing business.
- Responsibilty for coordinating the HSEQ management system on site.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from mining engineering background.
- Graduate from High School (can be applied for position).
- Minimum 5 years experience in mining company.
- Minimum 3 years experience in drill & blast.
- Blaster certificate.
- Having driving license min SIM A.
- Experience with Plant Operation.
- Relevant trade certificate or mechanical aptitude.

Blasting Operation Supervisor

- Candidate must graduated at least from SMU, Technical field.
- Must posess driving license min B1
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry and blasting experience is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan area or other area that required.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors.

Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all project planning, engineering, construction and commissioning activities achieve the required performance in HS&E, compliance with project management policies.
- Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Venture,customer and support contractors personnel.
- Provide input to the operational team , and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilites and operational plans.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and permitting process.
- Perform other related duties as required including hands-on operation of plant and bulk equipment.
- Install sustainable maintenance program with definition of minimum safety stocks of critical spare parts for plants and operations, organized purchasing of spare parts from local and overseas vendors, setup of SAP purchasing systems , and management of outsourced and in-house mechanical services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering background.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Mining company.
- Minimum 3 years experience in drill & blast.
- Have blasting certificate.
- Communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced , team based environment.
- Experience in bulk truck operation.
- Fluently in English both oral and written.
- Computer skills in AutoCAD.
- Driving license min SIM A.
- Age between 30-40 years old.
