Responsibilities
- Compile of Plant cost budget planning from all site.
- Distribute Plant cost budget to budget holder.
- Analyze and make comparison between budget, actual expense, plant revenue and actual revenue.
- To be able to control, fedback and correction cost in Plant base on COA and expense element and make improvement for it.
- Coordinate all members in budget achievement activity.
- Interface with executive and operating management to communicate and analyze results of operations.
- Report profitability by department/product line.
- Review administrative procedure periodically and participate in system revisions.
- Prepare cost/benefit schedules of all types to include breakeven analysis, Return on investment, pro-forma income statement forecasting.
- Participate in computer upgrades and conversions where needed.
- Responsible for Plant Asset Management System related with asset new record and maitaint, asset Movement, asset refunction, asset disposal, etc.
- Compliance with ERP System.
- The successful applicant must be a degreed Accountant or Mechanical, minimum of (3) years experience in mining / heavy equipment industry and able to work effectively with executive and operating personnel. A strong cost and budget background is helpful.
