PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) is a rapidly growing coal minning company in Indonesia. The Company was formed in 1992 and formerly known as PT Swabara Guna. PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup launched in 1998. The Company operated as a part of  PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk. PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup having mining concession located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.

In line with the Company's vision, to be the world best producer of premium coking coal, PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup urgently require proficient and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

Legal Administration Officer

Requirements
  • Female, single max 27 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Legal with minum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00) preferably from reputable university.
  • Fresh graduate/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Good looking.
  • Excellent in performing administrative task especially legal matters.
  • Computer literate, especially for MS Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Secretary of Director

Requirements
  • Min. Diploma Degree in Administration or Secretary.
  • Experience 3 years in same position.
  • Female, max 33 years old.
  • Good looking.
  • Computer literate, especially for MS. Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
Corporate Secretary

Requirements
  • Preferably Master Degree from reputable University.
  • Having minimal 8-10 years experience in in investor relation/legal/corporate secretary.
  • At least 2 years experience as Deputy Corporate Secretary or handling Corporate Secretary matter ( for investor relation).
  • Understand capital market law.
  • Having the experience to organize general shareholders meeting and public.
  • Expose, also reviewing annual report.
  • Having good relation with goverment, notary, lawyer, and other third parties.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Initiative, self-driven, business understanding and awareness.
  • Having ability to be given and perform high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skill in English, both oral and written.
