PT. Haltim Mining is an expanding nickel mining company in Halmahera Timur. We are looking for serious and qualified candidates to fill in the various positions within our organization. Mine Technical Manager/Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 45 years old
• S1 Mine Engineering
• Have Certified “KTT / Kepala Teknik Tambang” is a MUST
• At least have 3 years’ experience as “Kepala Teknik Tambang” in the same field (Nickel Mining preferred)
• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP, POM or POU)
• In depth knowledge of Mining Procedure
• In depth knowledge of Mining exploration and exploitation process
• Knowledgeable in Mine Reclamation, Rehabilitation and AMDAL
• Good knowledge of Mining Products Delivery and Shipping
• Able to prepare Mine Operation Planning
• Capable for equipment productivity and efficiency
• Have computer skill in Microsoft and Mining Software (Map Info, Global Mapper and familiar with surpac software, Mincom Minescape : basic, stratmodel and open cut).
• Willing to work in Halmahera Timur

Senior Mine Engineer

Requirements:

• Male/Female Max. 40 years old
• Min. S1 Mine Engineering
• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP or POM or POU).
• Required skill(s): MS Office Application and mining Software (Map info, Surpac, Minescape, etc)
• At least 5 years’ experience as Mine Engineer and/or Mine Planner (long term & short term planning) in mineral/nickel mine operation
• Have knowledge to calculate nickel reserve estimation and Mine investment analysis, Mining Design & Engineering, Mining Plan, Mine Waste Management, Reclamation Plan, Nickel body description, Block Models, Geometrical Consideration, Pit Limits, Production Planning, Reporting of mineral resources and Ore resources, and feasibility study.
• Have capability in using Mining and Exploration software (e.g. SurPac)
• Good communication and leadership
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Trust, honest, motivated and good attitude. Able to work in a team
• Willing to be located in Halmahera Timur

Mechanic Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male and max 40 years old
• Possess from Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferable
• Have min. 5 (five) years’ experience of working experience as Mechanic Supervisor in Mining industry and or Heavy Equipment Maintenance
• Fluent in English is preferable
• Be a team player & able to manage a team of maintenance staffs
• Have good Leadership and hard working
• Willing to work in Halmahera Timur
